Article 1 – Transfer of Rights

The Seller hereby fully transfers all copyright, neighboring rights, and exclusive exploitation rights of the above-mentioned track to the Buyer. The Seller declares that, from the date of transfer, they retain no further rights to this work and will not resell, exploit, distribute, or use the track in any form.

Article 2 – Limited Reuse of Vocal Sound

The Buyer acknowledges that certain sound elements, such as vocal tones or audio samples, may originate from a generic database or production system and may appear in other productions by the Seller. This does not affect the exclusivity of the sold track.

Article 3 – Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for the further use, editing, remixing, covering, or commercial applications of the music piece by the Buyer or any third party. Full responsibility from the moment of transfer lies with the Buyer. The Buyer accepts the track at their own initiative and risk.

Article 4 – Originality and Third-Party Rights

The Seller guarantees that the sold track does not infringe upon existing copyrights, ownership rights, or intellectual property of third parties. At the time of sale, the work is free from legal claims or restrictions.

Article 5 – AI Collaboration

The Buyer is hereby informed that the track was generated and/or produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. This in no way limits the transfer of rights or exclusive ownership by the Buyer.

 

 

Article 6 – Free Usage Rights

Upon purchase, the Buyer is granted full rights to use, modify, remix, cover, synchronize, perform live, and otherwise commercially or non-commercially exploit the music track.

Article 7 – Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved by the competent court in Ghent.
